1 · Using Qalb Healers
Qalb Healers is a marketplace that connects people seeking faith-based support with independent faith-centered healers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Qalb Healers, you agree to use the platform respectfully, lawfully, and in accordance with these terms. You confirm that you are responsible for the information you provide and the choices you make when booking a healer.
Bookings and payments
Healers set their own fees, availability, and cancellation terms. Payments may be handled directly between you and your healer through the healer's provided payment transfer links, such as UPI, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Qalb Healers currently does not charge any platform fees for connecting patients with healers. Third-party transfer charges or processing fees imposed by banks or payment providers are outside the platform.
Scope of service
Islamic healing services are complementary to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care. For serious symptoms, urgent risk, or emergency concerns, contact qualified medical or emergency services directly.
Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on payment status, timing, healer policy, and platform review workflows. If a session does not start, a healer no-shows, or something feels unsafe, contact support with booking details.
Conduct
- Use the platform with adab, honesty, and respect.
- Do not provide or seek services that contradict Islamic principles.
- Do not harass, mislead, threaten, or pressure other users.
- Do not misuse credentials, reviews, payments, or private information.
