How we use information
We use information to create accounts, connect patients and healers, facilitate bookings, support consultations, answer support requests, improve the platform, detect abuse, and meet legal or safety obligations.
Information sharing
We share necessary information with your chosen healer to support the consultation. We may also use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, email, and video or booking infrastructure. We never sell personal information.
Data security
We use secure connections, Supabase row-level security, limited administrative access, and platform monitoring. Payment details may be handled directly through external payment methods chosen by healers rather than stored by Qalb Healers.
